4get I haven't got a ruddy clue :( think thats one for the science boffs lol it may have nothing to do with the draft but everytime a window is open it gets the blame!

anyway I've applied deep heat, taken 2 co-codomol & tied my bed buddy (its a rabbit with a bag of wheat inside it that you warm in the mirowave) around my neck, off to make a nice cup of coffee & a roll up now so hopefully I'll stop my whinging soon lol

You're doing the right thing applying heat Jo, but try ibuprofen rather than co-codamol. xx
