i disagree lajohn,nothing wrong with a few dutch courage giving relaxing drinks to stopharryshaw from being to anxious! and if your not really on the alcohol tip then valerian root capsules(from holland and barrett and other chemists) with a good strong cup of tea will also leave you relaxed and confident!
