verifying dmi pool data
HELLO,
the problem is, two computers one runs on VISTA the other is WINDOWS XP, for some reason a pop-up page appears telling that the anti-virus is off and needs to be reset, this is from ANTIVIRUS 2008, and then a WINDOWS XP page appears on the VISTA , to try and resolve the problems, i use the back-up discs to reset the VISTA back, but the back up discs only produce 99% of the back-up and the message says- RESTORE FAILED REASON 0XD00000IE, which is the same code as the ANTIVIRUS pop up page, the message VERIFYING DMI POOL DATA appears and thats is far as it goes, unable to get back to anything
ANY HELP REGARDING THE ABOVE WILL BE MOST APPRECIATED
THANKYOU
