what is dosclosed on an enhaced crb check

back in early 2003 i was suspected in a fraud case against mt then employer. the case was investigated by my employer then passed to the police. i was questioned in relation to this but not arrested at time due to there being no custody officer there. i answered questions on a voluntry basis and the case was passed to the cps. the decision was that there would be no further action. my prospective employer is nopw carrying out an enhanced crb check and i want to know of this is goiong to be disclosed

No further action will NOT show up.

Enhanced Disclosures contain the same information as the Standard Disclosure but with the addition of any relevant and proportionate information held by the local police forces.
