Wedding gift
5 Answers
Dear Internauts
I was wondering if you could help me.
I do not know what to buy for my sister as a wedding gift. She got married in Poland, and I will be visiting her later this year.
I would like to spend up to 300.
My mum has bought her a set of knives, spoons and forks.
I would be grateful if you could recommend something.
Many thanks

Sorry, I don't know if Polish wedding etiquette allows this. You'd lose the surprise element of turning up with a gift under your arm, but wedding gifts are often, at least in Britain, chosen quite unsentimentally, to fill a gap in the happy couple's household.
