It might be Cockney rhyming slang for having a laugh.

As in your having a Bubble Bath, usually shortened to Bubble.

In Scotland bubble is another word for cry...
Craig David sang about 'bubbling to the left, bubbling to the right' but I have no idea what he was on about!
Just checked a cockney slang site and it says 'Bubble' Bath is Cockney Rhyming Slang for Laugh...

It makes more sense.... drinking, dancing, laughing :)

How boring. When I used to go out 'properly' bubble would have been something far more exciting!
