more importantly have you all your ironing done?
yes indeed, I am contemplating a combover
yes - i had been growing my hair but it didn't suit me - was too thin and stringy and once grown past a certain point could only stick it in a ponytail (boring!). am graduating on thursday so when for a barnet mowing and decided to have a chin length choppy bob with a side sweeping longer fringe. looks magic and i don't know why i didn't do it sooner. look up some stuff on the internet and don't be afraid to say to the hairdresser you want a bit of a consultation too. make them earn their money! good luck x
I had my last 'change' at Easter, I had it cut from half way down my back to shoulder length and I coloured it myself (that was the dyed eyebrows debacle). It was trimmed at the weekend. I like it, go for it, if you don't like it, it will always grow :o)

Wow that is quite a change Lakitu! :0 x
I've had very long curly hair for about 20 years. about 3 weeks ago I had it chopped to just above my shoulders. people have said, "wow!" about my hair for the first time in 20 years.

it looks much healthier and I love it :o)
I get a new hairdo every time I drive my car.

Yesterday it was the "toilet brush".

Today it's the "electric shock".

Last week it was the "wet rag" (sudden rain shower)

Before that it was the "hedge backwards".

Etc ...

Gonzo, we were talking about hair ON YOUR HEAD!

yup....but no I don't think you're the same one I was thinking about, if you don't know the others.....:O)
Hi Thumbs, hope you are well, not thinking of changing jobs anytime soon are you? Anyway, back to your question, I had my hair cut in March and had a fringe cut in, well, I haven't had a fringe since primary school (I'm 28) so it was quite radical for me - I can't be bothered dying my hair anymore, did all that when I was in my teens. I fancied a change and had been thinking about a fringe for a while.
Mind you, I have been know to cut my own hair in the past, don't like hairdressers really, so you could say I'm not altogether that bothered about how I look.
Anyway, I liked it at first, then went throught that 'readjustment' period where I hated it and thought I looked a bit simple, but now I like it, although having naturally wavy hair I do find the upkeep quite tiresome.
But, apparently I belong in an asylum, so hair is the least of my worries, isn't it?!
Sorry for rambling :(
