Are you having a quiet or noisy day?

I am in the mood for a nice quiet day BUT-

I currently have two small nutters beside me. One is rummaging through a metal box of plastic beads while humming loudly and out of tune; the other is keeping up a running commentry on what Snow White is wearing and why she will have to be changed.

In the next room the washing machine is full of trainers clanking around and the tumble dryer has developed a squeek.

And the next door neighbour is hammering again.

AAAARRRGGHH!!

As my boss sits behind me, her phone is going constantly and she talks in such a loud voice!!!

I'm having a noisy day as one of the kids is off school due to the UNISON strike and tomorrow as well. He goes back on Friday for the last day- and then I can have 6 weeks of noisy days with all 3 kids at home. YAY! (mumof3 reaches for valium and bottle of wine now). LOL

I have a neighbor downstairs who is playing her music loudly, next door the landlords dog is barking at visitors, the builders are cutting breeze blocks and i can hear the school sports day.
So no not quite at all!

Mumof 3, we're 3 weeks into the school holidays here in Scotland and the weather has been rubbish so nerves are getting a bit frayed. I'll leave you some valium but all the wine is gone. : )

Thankfully my two have decided to draw pictures now so it is a bit quieter.
