Paypal pain!

Is anyone else having trouble accessing their paypal account? I have tried numerous times to access mine through ebay over the last few days. I then went direct to the paypal website and found that the homepage is the only thing I can access on there :-S.

I've just logged-in to my account without a problem...

I noticed the other day it was horrendously slow

When I try - the page hangs for ages and then goes to 'page not found'. I wouldn't mind so much if I could email them for help - but even the help link doesn't respond!
