It costs �40k per person in prison a year ....
so bring back capital punishment ..then maybe
people would think before killing someone ..
Huntley killed the 2 girls ..why should he be
here ?? If there was a referendum on capital
punishment it would in tomorrow ..the streets
are not safe ....

not enough folk are in the jail in my opinion, lock the scum up with **** all to eat and nothing to do
