Pink Cheeks
Hi, its my birthday this week so I will feel inspired and try to wear makeup. Can anyone recommend anything which helps to get rid of the fact that I feel my cheeks are really red and have fine thread veins. I saw something on telly about green makeup. Has to be something easily available on the high street and not break the bank. Any tips for someone who doesn't wear makeup very often?

My cheeks go the same after a drink or two of wine, actually my whole face burns, not good :-(
Look on the Avon web site i have seen something for thread veins in the new cat, or even better treat your self, go to your nearest House of Fraiser & get one of lovley ladies to give you a free make over, tell them what you are trying to acheive and i am sure they can find something for the little red veins.

I'm a fan of the new mineral foundations hitting the market. They are wonderful for coverage, yet still look like real skin because of how the minerals mix with your oils and how the light refracts off the minerals. There are some high end brands, but L'oral and Maybelline also have options for you.

Thanks again, I have worn day make up today as its bday today but I have ripped something out of a mag about doing smoky eyes as we are going out tomorrow with mates, thanks for the tips tips littlefreak and everyone! Also, in the mag article the Make Up Artist recommended first applying Origins Mega Mushroom Face Cream, which cost 45!!! Am I the only person that thinks I can't afford to spend that much on a cream base, any suggestions anyone?
