Can anyone tell me more about the vocal sample on this track? I want to know who he is, and the background to his rant against a seemingly random collection of pop stars.

I actually thought it was Al Gore, who is involved in a lot of music censorship campaigns.  His wife Tipper founded the Parents Music Resource Center which helps parents 'detox' their kids who are listening to 'unsuitable' music, particularly heavy metal - although that track doesn't list any metal artists.

No offence, but it's never Al Gore. It sounds nothing like him, although you're very correct about Tipper's campaign. Looks like it will remain a mystery
