I am thinking about buying a 53 reg. Expert with around 100k on the clock, and was wondering if anyone knows of any common faults to look out for please. Any advice much appreciated. Many Thanks. Eric.

Has it service history ?

Has it a wad of receipts for new parts etc ?

We had a Expert for a while with no hassle whatsoever.

If its been looked after and seviced, plus has had any new parts fitted as and when you should be ok.

Always buy something with a new 12 month MOT.

If in doub't get an independent AA or RAC check.

i had a Citroen Dispatch which is the same vehicle, had a clutch at 90,000...worth checking when buying..
peugeot hdi engines incorporate dual mass flywheel and crankshaft pulley systems, sometimes there can be problems with this
