wiring speakers on parcel shelf

i have bought a car which has 2 speakers on the parcel shelf with lots of wires!! there is also some kind of box fixed to the back of the rear seat which some wires are still connected to. i need to know if and how i can wire the speakers up to work. many thnx

yes it does a little, quite hard to c pic. the box has connection points for left and right speakers, battery and low input which has red and white connectors in it but the other end of them dont appear to be connected to anything.

so the speakers on the shelf are connected to it, but no input or the other way around?

and the +/- power has a plug in it?

this sounds where the input from you current headunit seems to go, if there is nowt connected then obviously nowt is gonna come out.

i should prob take it somewhere but not really needing it so dont want to have to pay. if i could get it working then fine. lol
there are wires from the part saying battery. they appear to go to the engine but havent looked in bonnet, the wires to the speakers are there and can be connected (is there a way for them to go, they are just clear wires) then there is the red and white connectors which are plugged into the bow at the low input bit. they have a cylinder thing on the wire with red and white connectors at the other end. there is then another wire which i presume the red and white things connect to but i cant see were it goes.
