Card Reader for Digital Photos

When I put a smartmedia card in my card reader, I used to be presented with a program which asked me what I wanted to do with the image files, and took me step by step through the process of creating a folder and saving the photos. This no longer happens !! Why ? &  how can I get it back ?

Insert the CD that came with your camera or card reader. You�ll be able to reinstall the software.
