Whenever I save my photos from a digital camera into my photo or pictures file, the default option is always .bmp and I have to scroll to .jpg. I am on Windows 2000 Professional, does anyone know if you can change the default to .jpg please.

I am mostly talking about when I edit a photo and want to 'save As' whilst still keeping the original. I am using Ulead PhotoImpact XL (I think it is version 8).
