If you are doing tooo much and feeling faint, for gods sake stop!!! You do not want to risk increased blood pressure etc, and should never do so much that you feel unwell. That's putting you and baby at risk.
Foods....apart from the usual foods you should have avoided all through your pregnancy (pate, any meat that's not cooked well done, blue cheese etc etc etc) eat what you like. It's a bit late in teh day to be worrying about what you're eating if you've only 5 weeks to go.
I'm a wee bit worried that you're asking these questions. Could you not speak to your midwife or doctor at your next check up? Are you in the UK? For some reason I think you're in the US, and I'm afraid I don't really know how they do things over there, in terms of frequency of check ups etc, but you should probably speak to someone in the medical profession, as you sound a bit unprepared and unaware of what to do.
Good luck with the next few weeks tho. Baby might at arrive at any time now....how exciting is that!! xx
