P2p programs dont operate on my machine! winMX appears breafly appears in the task bar for about 1/2 second then dissapears! Ares Just says, Ares has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please Help! i REALLY need these programs! thanks alot. from matt.

Maybe if you have your security set too high, they may be seen as threats by your security system.  Either turn it down or off when you intend using P2P.
