Does anyone know the best and cheapest way to build open concrete stairs from garden level to a kitchen door approximately 4ft. high to accommodate a platform at the topand understair storage.

Why bother with concrete, get a local metal fabrictors/forge to make them with pre-formed checkerplate and just bolt them into position, It's cheaper than you think and saves alot of mess and hassle
