Everybody is right in a way, but!
I was a steward on the African run, and the kitchens on board get very hot (this was in the time of non air conditioning), Andy would have failed in those conditions.
As for Mark (I was also a waiter in a London Restaurant), to walk out of a kitchen IS unforgivable, and to walk out on the chefs, its a wonder they didnt say more, and he panicked at the drop of a hat, a failure.
Liz was consistent, and gave the judges what they wanted, Someone, who would go on and improve.
I will agree about her wearing a hat, Mark dripping sweat into the food, and Andy wiping his forehead with the kitchen cloth. I was also surprised at the footwear.
I also cannot understand all the serving staff, serving on the right. We were trained that serve food on the left and clear from the right, and serve drinks on the right.
Of course, it could be me. And things have changed. I am talking about the late 40s and 50s.
