Bouncer Laws
i was refused entry into a pub due to it being too late. but due to my drunken state i got verbal with the bouncers in a slightly abusive way. Due to being a young girl i did not get physical with the bouncers nor was i on the premises at the time. They are proceeding to barr me from the pub for a period of time now but i want to know if legally they can barr me even when i wasnt on the premises or for not getting physical..(apparently i called them every name under the sun) Also these bouncers work for a company outside of the pub and not for the actual pub itself. They are hired to work there.

Regardless of the fact you were techinically on the premises and didn't get physical, you were still in a drunken state, showing you can't control you alcohol, and abusive so I can't say I blame them.
If it was discriminatory against race, disability etc... then you may have a case but they probably just don't want potential troublemakers in their premises.

Hmmm, Doorman can refuse entry to anyone they like. If you dont agree, all you can do is write to the owner.
Doorman have a hard enough job to do, without some pumped up little kid causing trouble inside.
Many innocent drinkers get hurt because of drunken behaviour inside. They would prefer to not let you in so as to protect you and other people.
If i was you, i would go back and apologise and grovel, then next time you go down there, you might get in then...
