Its disgusting! No wonder people arent scared to go to prison - its like a holiday camp! Lock em in a room and leave them. Maybe feed them occasionally. They shouldnt be allowed to carry on with thier lives.
Some of their victims arent able to!!

Part 3 of the Disability Discrimination Act places a duty on service providers not to discriminate against disabled people by refusing to provide (or deliberately not providing) a service, providing a service of a lower standard or worse quality or on worse terms or failing to take steps which make it impossible or unreasonably difficult for the disabled person to make use of the service.
By providing him with less favourable treatment for reasons related to his disability, failing to make adjustments and failing to provide auxiliary aids the prison authorities are unlawfully discriminating against him whether we like it or not.
A similar case a few years back awarded a prisoner a large cash sum, because he was too overweight and had difficulty climbing stairs because of a heart condition.
Sadly I agree with you, he doesnt deserve any special treatment, especially for what he has done.

Its frightening jst HOW MANY wicked people are out there. I read astory the other day about a young woman, who when she was ages i think 3-13 ish was sexually abused by her step father - her mother knew and witnessed it - told her to strip and placed her on top of him.
Then they had a "party" where their friends came roudn and all touched her.
Then another "party" where she was blind folded and gang raped at the age of 9 while her mum stood in same room and watched.
I cannot remember what exactly happened to all the men, a few i belive were prosecuted the mother had NOTHING done to her.
How is that ever justice??

Looking at it all from the justice point of view, it is really important that we treat all criminals with the same degree of dignity for our own sakes as much as for them. We must not stoop to their level, he has had his day in court and justice has been handed down - blind justice which looks at the crime and judges that. Now let us show him how decent people treat each other, and how no matter how depraved he is it will not rub off on us and we will not let his depravity bring us down to his level.
