House Officer.
Senior House Officer
Registrar
Senior Registrar.
Consultant.
In the UK, a Registrar who becomes a surgeon (Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons -FRCS) is referred to as "Mr", not Dr". hence, surgical and consultant surgeons are "Mr".
Physicians of the same rank are "Dr".
