finding someones address

My friends daughter's ex is being pursued by debt collecters and the c.s.a . He keeps moving house with his new family whenever his new address is found . He doesnt pay tax or is on benifits so its hard to nail him ,is there anyway of finding his new address

Does he have a work address?

He works cash in hand , no records .for all intents he does not exist I think his wife as everything in her name. He does'nt leave a trail soon as he's found he moves all the family to a new address

Can they not track his wife?

as you state the c.s. a are useless in some cases, he's even changed his mobile number

Whether the CSA is an ass or not, thing is he should pay for his child or children - the CSA wouldn't exist if all absent parents paid as they should.

BTW as it stands they will pursue - I assume they claim child benefit?

fiesata. dont understand b.t.w, his new wife must be claiming child benefit , but will she need to inform the benefit office of a change of address, look at all these travelling people they move around all the time. She could use her parents address anyhow is a wife responsible for her husbands debts it could be against some privacy law to use her information to get to him
