My daughter was driving my car (she is a named driver) but was hit by a man pulling out of a junction. He admitted liability and she got a courtesy car. My car was written off.
Now the insurers want the paperwork for the car including both our driving licenses but I have 3 points on my licence which weren't declared to the insurance company. My daughter has a clean licence. Will the policy be invalidated and no payout made?

You mean the insurer of the man that hit her? irrelevant just write back saying so, they would like it of course but it's totally irrelevant to the case, they admit liability they'll pay up. They are just looking for ways to welsh on paying. You only have to show you insurance to plod if they ask for it.
