we had a group of 4 baby call ducks 2 boys 2 girls sadly we lost 1 of the boys 2 weeks ago and we would now like to introduce some more calls to the group idealy taking it up to a group of 6 any ideas on how to introduce them and what boy/girl ratio is the best

If they are call duck to lure wild ones over so you can shoot them, you are an evil excuse for a human.

If they are not than I hope you will find what you are looking for.

Lot's of boys will fight till the death in order to have the advantages with the girls over the other boys, and too many boys will also kill the girls from 'over usage' shall we say. So I would say 2 boys tops. Definitley no more.
And they won't have any problems with being introduced together. They unlike other animal. Don't seem to care.
I used to have call ducks - they are really enchanting but the males can be really aggressive and will rape every female over and over again to the extent that their necks bled where they had been held down - keep the number of boys down but great ducks to have!
