I've applied for a halifax easycash account online, and i recived an email 2 days later with a user name for the onine banking. Today I recieved a letter with the password, to finish setting the online banking up. But what happens now, as it's not showing an actual account. I havent recieved anything such as a debit card or other information and havent been told anything. What do i have to do, just wait for more information or should i go in branch?
I set up the same account in the bank , I think it's supposed to all come through to you a certain order for security but I'd get on to them - I had a few problems, although it might be just me, I'd not had a bank account for a while
My kids have these accounts, if you have another account also I would recommend you keep it open, you can not buy online with the debit card that comes with this account which is a visa electron. If I recall you should recieve a letter with account details on. If you have a username and password why don't you try logging on and your account details may be there.
Visa Electron cards are refused by online retailers. Do a google search if you doubt what I say. The point of the debit card is you can withdraw cash from the cash machines..
Ooooo and pay for things in shops and over the phone with them sometimes.. so don't panic.. not all is lost.
are you sure boogieboogie? Just been reading the Paypal site which is the main thing i'd like the card for, and it says they accept Visa Electron debit cards.
