Why are they so too faced ?do they feel threatned by a more competent person,do they get a sneaky thrill of trying to being better and making the person who they are jealous of lousy!!!

yeah ur right cazz....even at work although you might HAVE to deal with folk you don't like its an idea to be polite but no need to be chummy chummy or engage in small talk.
