Chicken tonight

I have pulled some chicken fillets out for me and my fella tonight what can i do thats quick and very easy. TIA

stir fry, not sure if you can get quicker and easier than that!
chicken kebabs - v easy
just marinade and grill the chicken have it with salad and new pots

Too late for tonight, but for future ref. wrap in bacon and wrap in foil, Pop in oven for 25 mins and serve with salad and new potatoes, with butter and course ground black pepper. (Mind you I'll eat anything with new potatoes and butter!!!)

Donna keep ure chicken fillets in ure t shirt and don t try cooking them i know there a credit crunch but things cant be that bad lol!!!

Similar to Frankofile's. Cut a slit in the fillets, put in a slice of cheese, then wrap with the bacon and just cook in the oven - I don't use foil because the bacon contains so much water, it tends to sit in the juice and I like it drier.

Pesto chicken - bash the fillets thin between cling film then fry in a little olive oil on one side only for 5 mins. Turn and spread the cooked side with one teaspoon green pesto. Sprinkle with grated cheeses and finish off under the grill. Chuck some cherry tomatoes in the pan at the pesto stage if you like
