i have occupied grazing land for the past 11 years paying my rent on time and when demanded, my present landlord took over the land about 7 to 8 years ago. before that i did not have a tennancy agreement , but when the landlord took over i was asked to sign a farm tennancy agreement, how ever i have never signed this agreement , but now the landlord has given me notice to qiut because i did not send back a signed copy of the agreement even though i never have , could you let me know whst rights i have .

Sitting tenants is a term that applies to long residential or assured tenancy agreements. You don't have one of these so you are not a sitting tenant.
The landlord has decided he wants to have his land back so you are going to have to quit.
There are sometimes tenancy arrangements for agricultural land which are different from those for anything else.

What buildersmate says is probably correct, but if you want to be certain about it you need to consult a solicitor who specialises in agricultural land tenancy law.
