Hi...An update. to those who wished me well. Baby roach has been given a 1/3685 chance of DS. They said This is low & do not reccommend any amnio or such. Nuchal fluid is fine , nasal bone looks fine. So ...just have to wait now few more weeks fro the spina biffida test...Isnt pregnancy FUN !!!!! CX

Ta ..both....having a steak bake to celebrate today.... Even tho it turned into a trauma...hubby double booked me with a potential new client so had to go on my own at the last mo...& the house we have been interested in buying got took off the market yesterday too. & someone offered us a pants ��� on ours...we are selling not giving it away. ..moan over.
H, just seen this thread. I was ancient with my first pregnancy, and refused amnio on the grounds that it could harm the baby, despite LOTS of pressure to have it. If your nuchal fluid is fine (as mine was) and your chance of DS is 1/3685 (mine was 1/250 or similar), you have every chance of baby roach (?cocklet) being perfect. Good luck, and ENJOY, it's a magical experience.
