instant cream

ok so thats not totally right..
is there any kind of instant cream/topping that can be made using water?
i'm looking for a creamy topping thats made like instant custard( where you add water instead of milk)but uses a powder not an aerosol.
Also if there is a thing? can it be used to make a jelly whip?
