It is very difficult to interpret your question properly as the lack of full stops and other punctuation makes it hard to make out where one point ends and another starts. Im not surprised you have received no earlier answers.
From what I can make out it seems you would like to appeal on the grounds of having received bad or no legal advice, coupled with the fact that the police did not obtain a statement from your witness.
Since you pleaded guilty an appeal is virtually bound to fail (and in fact, is unlikely even to reach court). Appeals against conviction must usually be based on matters of fact or law. Your guilty plea means that you accepted the facts as presented by the prosecution and in a straightforward matter such as this it is unlikely that any matters of law are to be questioned.
I dont know what you could have done differently as the circumstances surrounding your legal advice are not at all clear, but I think youre stuck with the result.
