I wouldn't think so,not unless something has gone seriously wrong! The ballons won't fly over the channel.If the wind's in that direction they usually land on the Downs so don't go up that high.
At best on a clear still day they may go up high enough to be seen with binoculars, but they would still be very far off and tiny. Come on over and see them, it's a great event with lots of attctions on the ground.
