find a car make by reg no?

ive been in accident, was a bit shaken and forgot to get her insurance details. got phone number & name & reg no, but not make of car either. now she isnt phoning me back with insurance details. what should i do? also, can i find out what vehicle make model it was by the reg plate? it was some sorta 4x4 thing but thats all i know.

it says it's �5 but it's not, if you just want a basic check.. but your insurance people should be doing this for you.

You have their phone No, I would date,& day time, of your call to the other party, If an answer machine advise them if they do not contact you within 7 days you will put the matter in the hands of your Insurers as said.

I would involve the Police and get them to phone the other party and see what happens....

Let your insurance company deal with it, that's what you pay them for. Give them as much detail as you have and they can do all the chasing about themselves. They have databases for this sort of thing.
