Have it in multiple joins and tend to get a dry rash over it which I use E45 on.

I have fluid round my ankle joints on both feet but on one there is a almost shiny but dry red rash over the ankle and the same extending down my foot over another fluidy lump there.

It doesn't seem to respond to E45, can anyone suggest anything better?

Jenna - Is this Oedema? Look it up see what you think xxx
have you tried something like oil based hydrocortisone ointment? nothing strong but enough to clear up the rash and keep it moist

Could be Sachs, I always seem to have fluid round my ankle joint and it's always very dry and it's a bit scabby (how attractive lol!). I figured it was the arthritis.

My legs have swollen up before now and they said that could be odema.

Been weeing for England recently mind so maybe :)

May try some of that cream Caz, will pop into Boots tomorrow :)

Ps before anyone asks I am definitely not pregnant :)
