Finding my daughter's father
2 Answers
I live in Australia and my daughter is 2 and a half yrs old. When i told her father i was pregnant with her he told me to get an abortion but i said no because i dont believe in them and he took off. I have been trying to find him since then but hav had no luck as he quit his job. moved houses etc. I'm not after money i jus want to no where he is so when my daughter grows up if she decides she wants to find him i can point her in the right direction. Does anyone hav any advice on how i might achieve finding him or should i jus forget about it and worry bout it later when that time comes. It jus worries me that if he has turned around and changed his mind n wants to see her then he will hav no way of contacting me as i have moved n changed numbers since i saw him last. What should i do? Any advice would be appreciated.

Forget him and you never know you may meet someone else who'll be a wonderful stepfather to your daughter. I think you should think more in these terms. I doubt very much he'll ever come around to the idea and however hurtful that may be you must address it and then move on. If you found him the chances are he would run again.
