Cads on file
Hi
My litigation executive had cads in my file but never showed them to me. In these cads the person was recorded on mobile telephone saying he did not want to make a complaint.
I was never shown these until I retrieved my case file and found this information out for myself.
Also there were medical reports that never surfaced these
reports could have been challenged if I had been given them.
Is this legal.

To me it sounds much more like negligence on the part of the legal executive, but I don't know the facts (nor do I know what cads are!). One of your other posts says you've had advice from CAB, so I suggest you go back to them to see whether this can/should be taken further. If it is, on the face of it, negligence then it may be possible to take it through the complaints procedure for the solicitor firm involved & then to the Legal Complaints Service if necessary.
Hi
Thanks for your reply cads are (computer aided dispatch).
When you dial 999 this is recorded and all police talk to do
with an incident is logged and if you goto court this is disclosed to you through your solicitor but mine failed to do
this he kept it back to influence my plea.
But I must remeber I never met my legal aid granted solicitor
I was given a litigation executive for my trip to crown court
