what type of adaptor fo i need for the maldives. i'm travelling from the uk

It looks as though they use several different types of plug.  I should get a good guide book to the Maldives - it's sure to tell you about voltage, plugs, adapters etc.

 

Airport shops sell multi-adapters which should do the job.

I think it depends on your hotel/island, we took the usual continental adapter but didnt need it as the sockets were three pin, exactly the same as UK
