bringing back ciggerettes from E.U (spain)

hey. im going to spain on wednesday and ive read from previous answers that i can legally bring back 3200 cigerettes.
but i wanted to know whats the rules about bringing back cigerettes for myself and tobacco for my dad?
and because im only 17, if for some reason i got questions what would be the consiquences?

any help would be great appreciated.

not atall mate, i love going to spain, its the time of my life, but i dont have any questions about how to get to the beach or the safest way of getting into a pool.

You may be able to smoke cigarettes, but you can't spell it.

Although I don't think Legend should be abusing you, I think he's right with importing cigarettes at your age, even if they are for your own use.
