Do you mean an agricultural tie?
-- answer removed --
in a pickle right if stay in the job and it part of your terms and conditions you cant be evicted but if they change your terms etc they can do this
We need to understand whether you mean a cottage that is provided by your employer for you to live in during your employment with them, or whether you mean a cottage that has planning consent for a dwelling only for an agricultural worker to live in (what Jenna refers to above).
One or the other, or both of these situations may be involved.
What is your job?
get proper advice on this from a CAB or Shelter. Its very complex and you need to get this right
