What do you really hate?

What one thing that REALLY annoys you, would like to change.
For me, it's the word 'Brits' to describe people from Britain. We are correctly known as Britons but the gutter press seem to reinforce this name 'Brits'.
I once heard a gentleman of Asian extraction talking about Brits. So I asked him if he was a ****. See, even AB won't allow you to use the word. Suffice to say it starts with P and rhymes with tacky.
He took offence so I asked him what was the difference between me talking about ***** and him talking about Brits.
He didn't have an answer.
What is your pet hate?

1) Holding a door open for someone, they go through and don't say thank you.
2) Standing in a bus queue and people coming along and just getting in, ahead of those who have been waiting (pensioners are worse for that)
3) Cyclists who don't think traffic lights apply to them.
4) People who don't make their children wear seat belts or sit them in a child seat, but allow them to prance around the vehicle, whilst they, the parents sit in the front belted up.
I could go on and on and on.

I agree Jugglering with your points. Have you ever been to one of those eat as much as you like Chinese places? Some people, who've obviously never eaten out before, become over excited and pile their plates high with as much as they can and hog the trolley.
I also can't stand people chewing gum noisily, making that horrible clicking sound or chewing with their mouths open.
Tigger, I know what you mean about West Croydon bus station, the little hoodies think they can get on and off the bus wherever they like. Fortunately, I don't use the buses too much these days.

Dave Allen told a story aabout a man chewing gum loudly in a court room so the udge said to him "you at the back! Will you stop masticating so loudly."
"Sorry your honour" he man replied and took his hands out of his pockets!
Ah! The 70s when men were clever enough to find their pockets with both hands, there's another pet hate of mine men (and boys) who put their hands down the front of their pants. I caught a fireman doing it the other day, an old man on Thursday (who told off for it) they should be arrested it's disgusting. I remember once this lad got on with his girlfriend I asked him if they were together he said they were so I said to him "should'nt you be holding her hand instead of your c0ck!" he slouched off empty handed although that could just be the way he walked
