Is there a free/shareware prog that will log what has been done (if anything) on my computer while Im away from it.....others have access to it while Im out of the office.....

you want a keystroke logger program. One of the best websites is www.download.com. Enter "keylogger" in the search window and it'll give you lots to choose from. Then you can keep an eye on what's going on in your absence. I have one called Looxee, which actually records an image on the screen every 1 second so it shows mouse movement as well as keys struck.

Already ended one relationship as i caught my ex going onto dating websites and chatting to other guys though, be careful what you try to find out, it might just sting you when you do.

It's small, very easy to use, works on all Windows versions, hides itself from Ctrl+Alt+Delete. It logs every keystroke, including chats, websites visited and passwords. And it's one of the few that didn't mess up any other software (msn messenger, firewall or anti-virus) like some others did.
