Is this sour grapes that Blake Aldridge hasn't been getting the attention lavished on him that Tom Daley has? Is this the end of their partnership? Either way, it's a hell of a lot of pressure to be putting on a 14-year old kid. He's probably got a better chance in 2012, given time to refine his technique.
I think Tom Daley has done extremely well, so far, and he should be proud of himself.

I thought it very odd that he'd (Blake) released a statement saying that Tom was getting uppity that Blake was on the phone to his mother. Why release a statement like that? If I was Tom, I think I'd have ben a bit miffed if my diving partner was nattering on the phone when we still had a dive to go too!
Never mind, hopefully Tom will do well (better than bottom at least) next week and in 2012 :o)

I saw the whole event on video,as I recorded it on tape.
It's a shame we ended up in last position, and they weren't up to the judges high standards.
But I'm hoping that Tom will do a lot better next week.
I heard that he said he's not peforming to win a medal, but if he does,it will be an added bonus.Well Tom, I hope you do your best.We will cross our fingers, and I pray you end up in the top three at least.Good luck to him I say.
Make us proud,Tom.

I hope Tom Daley does really well in the individual event, and then finds a new partner and dumps Aldridge.
Daley will be fab in 2012, but I can't think about that. The whole notion of trying to squeeze the Olympic Games into the East End (and a bit North) of London has got "Balls Up" written all over it. We are going to be the laughing stock of the World, and it will be a rubbish Games. Roll on the 2016 Olympics, I say.
Actually, the worst two Olympics in recent memory were Los Angeles, and Atlanta. And who are one of the bidders for 2016? Chi ... bl00dy ... cago. Maybe there's a pattern here!
