Applying weedkiller
2 Answers
I have sprayed weedkiller my side of a 6ft fence, my neighbour is now complaining that I have killed some of his shrubs and bushes and that when the new planting season starts he will expect me to pay for the replacement of these.
I only use weedkiller a couple of times of the year and do not spray when there is any substantial wind.
Where do I stand on this.

Can he prove it is your fault? Do you use weedkiller that goes in to the ground and kills the roots? If so, it could happen - there is nothing to say his roots aren't on your side, or your weedkiller hasn't leached through the ground to his side.
Tell him to prove it.
