Lady or Dame
A Dame is equivalent to a Sir. Lady is the spouse of a Sir or a Lord (unless she is titled in her own right). Don't know what the spouse of a Dame is though.

Knights get knighted.
What do dames get?
(Well, I'll be dame-d!)
