Where to get a good deal on a laptop?

I have just got a text from a friend asking ...
"I would like to buy a laptop, do not want a cheap one, would like a decent one for no more than �400"

I am not sure why I would know but does anyone know of any good deals going at the moment?

dell have a good one out at the moment part of the inspiration rane.. for just under 400.. good spec too...

and youget to choose the colour of the laptop....
