I've applied on online for the above account a couple of weeks ago but despite getting a letter telling me it was activated and telling me what i can do and also recieving the online service details, debit card and PIN, whenever i try accessing it online, it says an account doesnt exist.
i've sent of the signature specimen sheet, but surely why isnt it appearing?

I believe you have to register seperately for online banking.

I have, i recieved the details to do it. I just cant see the account on it. off to halifax today and see

Good news, after a stern email to halifax customer service they said, they'd be able to update my account details so i should be able to get on within 3 working days. that email came yesterday, today, im now banking online!
