The recipe calls for sunflower or corn oil, will it matter if I use vegetable oil instead ?

Can anyone help please ..

They are both varieties of vegetable oil...so it should not make a difference. I bet you could even use olive oil.
A WHAT???? Seriously - I've only ever heard of carrot cake, but courgette ones???? I can't even visualise how they taste.

Have you ever made one, pasta???
you can even make a beetroot and choc cake...now that is really nice!

Tried it with the veggy oil, no problem it was still 'yummy'...
