Need lots more information, can ex force sale of home in joint names, never married when a child lives in the property? Please tell me as solicitor suggesting to sign an agreemnet to put house on the market and then go to court for parental rights as father has none and it is he who lives in the home with son age 9 and mother refusing to give him parental rights. she moved out with their daughter age 13 and wants her money from the sale of the property.
